I got the wrong size.

Finding the correct size is the most important step to an enjoyable riding experience, and we want to make sure you are accurately fit to your bike. If you ordered the wrong size, or realized that the size you ordered doesn’t fit once you’ve received it, we will accept any returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

The first thing to do is call or email us:



We want to properly handle your return or exchange, and we need a little heads up to do that. We’ll send you a RMA # (Return Authorization Number), and a pre-paid shipping label. If the bike is still packaged in its original box, attach the shipping label and send it on back to us. If you’ve removed the packaging or no longer have the original box, we recommend having a local bike shop prep and package the bike for shipment. This will ensure a safe return delivery so we can offer the exchange.
