Every package we ship is insured for its full value. If a package arrives with obvious damage, refuse delivery if possible. Otherwise, before you open the package, contact us immediately. In most cases, only a small part is damaged and we will send you a replacement part. Sometimes, however, we will need to file a claim with the shipper. To do this, we’ll need a couple of things:
1. All outer packaging, as well as the goods inside, maintained just as it was delivered to you.
2. A few photos of the package as is, before you open it.
No matter what, getting in touch with us from the get-go will ensure we can get you riding the soonest. We will take care of you in the best possible manner.
