Returns and exchanges are only possible in the first 60 days from when you receive the product. If we are in that window…. Easy Peasy. First, give us heads up by either calling us at 612.353.4035 or emailing us at info@handsomecycles.com. We will give you a RMA Number (return authorization number), and then send you a return shipping label to send it back. We’ll gladly pay the return shipping for exchanges, but we reserve the right to choose the type of shipping and carrier. Once your item arrives at Handsome HQ, we are typically able to ship the replacement the next business day. Just remember that there is a 60 day return window and that the product needs to be returned to Handsome in “like new” condition.
