What is your return policy?

Non-Bike Purchases

Returning your purchase is easy. We will accept any returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Full refunds will be issued for unused items in original packaging. Exchanges can be made for product of equal value or used as credit toward a larger value item. Contact us at info@handsomecycles.com to start your return or exchange and receive your pre-paid mailing label and RMA.

Bike Purchases

We want you to be happy riding your new bike. If you are not satisfied with the fit or style of your bike within the first 60 days, you can return or exchange it and we will pay the shipping. We will accept a minimal amount of wear to the tires, pedals, grips, and saddle. Please keep the bike free from obvious damage to the frame set and parts as the cost of repaint may be charged in extreme cases. Bikes that have been crashed or altered cannot be returned. Only bikes purchased directly on handsomecycles.com or at our Pop-Up can be returned to us. Bikes purchased at one of our dealers need to be returned through them. We cannot accept returns on custom painted bikes.

If you find that you need an exchange or return, please contact us at info@handsomecycles.com with the order number and date of purchase. We will issue you a pre-paid return mailing label and a RMA. You are responsible for re-boxing the bike, ensuring that it is well boxed and arrives back to us in good condition. If you are unsure of your purchase, please keep all packaging materials for re-boxing. In some cases, you will need to have a professional bicycle shop box your bike for shipping. You are responsible for the cost of packaging the bicycle.
