Our “Handsome for Life” warranty does not apply to paint/finish, unless the fault of the wear or failure lies on the manufacturer. Handsome Cycles will pay the transportation costs within the United Stated or Canada, however the owner shall pay all labor charges associated with the repair or replacement of all parts under this warranty.
Damaged or broken framesets, parts and accessories due to accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper fit, normal wear and tear or use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the bike as sold, are not covered by this warranty. Handsome Cycles defines the intended use of our bikes as riding in a controlled, smooth manner in a location approved for bicycles with both wheels on the ground. Riding in a manner other than that voids this warranty. The Devil, She Devil, and Fredward are designed for 700c wheels. Use of any other size wheel on our framesets void the warranty.
