For all parts and accessories included in the original bike purchase, there is a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with our bikes due to a manufacturer defect of any kind, please follow the warranty procedure. Handsome Cycles strives to have the easiest return policy in the bike business. We will provide a free return shipping label and will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Purchasing and riding a bike should be a fun experience and we don’t want the hassle of returns and exchanges to get in the way.
