All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of Handsome Cycles' stated services/products. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All data collected is for internal use only, WE WILL NOT KNOWINGLY SELL YOUR INFORMATION. Authorized employees within Handsome Cycles, on a need to know basis only, may use any information collected from individual customers.

Confidentiality

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our manufacturer/supplier(s) if necessary and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. We will not knowingly sell or distribute data to any entity outside those held under Handsome Brands, LLC. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Any emails sent by Handsome Cycles will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Colors

We strive to represent the colors of our frame sets and other products as best possible through digital images. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Sizing

We welcome all inquiries about the sizing of our product and will do everything we possibly can to make sure you get the right sized bicycle the first time. If you have questions about sizing, please ask before you buy. We will cover the return and resending shipping costs in the case of an exchange. In the event that the correct size cannot replace an order, a refund will be issued but returned product must arrive in "new" condition for full refund.

Payment

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. Our Terms are payment in full before release of goods. All goods remain the property of Handsome Cycles until paid for in full. Retail partners may be extended terms with prior approval of our credit manager. Proper paperwork must be on file before any terms will be approved.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours of completed purchase. Notice of cancellation before shipment is required. Notification for instance, by phone call, via email, or in person will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. If the customer cancels an order after it has shipped, we cannot refund the shipping costs, but we will cover the return shipping costs and a full refund will be honored for 30 days from the date of sale, provided product is in "like new" condition upon return. Product must be free of scratches, tears, and marks, properly repackaged with all parts, manuals and accessories included. If the product is damaged or unsellable as new, we will issue a partial refund based on determined market value.
